As the warmer days begin to hint at the change of season, the Peninsula is getting ready for a celebration that captures what makes our region so special. Creativity, connection and a relaxed coastal spirit will all come together later this month as Pt. Leo Estate celebrates its eighth birthday.

On Saturday 25 October, the Sculpture Park at Pt. Leo Estate will host a community day filled with art, live music and family activities. The event runs from 12pm to 5pm at 3649 Frankston-Flinders Road, Merricks, and promises a wonderful mix of local culture, food and entertainment.

Guests can enjoy guided tours of the Sculpture Park, live performances throughout the afternoon, and interactive art activities for all ages. Families will love the 30-minute “Express Sketch” sessions, while the local surf life saving club will be hosting a sausage sizzle from 11am to 12pm. It is a true celebration of community and creativity, surrounded by vineyards and views of Western Port Bay.

Tickets are required for entry to the Sculpture Park. Adults are $15, students and seniors $8, and children under 12 are free (with a ticket). Each adult ticket also enters the draw for a Sip & Sketch experience and a wine terrace lunch for ten, valued at $1,500.

For our team at The Coast, events like this capture what life on the Peninsula is all about. Sharing time outdoors, supporting local talent and enjoying the simple pleasure of good company in a beautiful setting. Whether you are a long-time local or visiting for the weekend, Pt. Leo Estate’s birthday celebration is the perfect way to enjoy a spring afternoon by the coast.
