After a Winter break, Emu Plains Market is set to return to Balnarring this October. Known as one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most loved markets, it brings together more than 200 stallholders under the shade of the stringybark forest at Emu Plains Reserve.
Visitors can expect a vibrant mix of artisan goods, homewares, fashion, and vintage finds, alongside gourmet street food and a bar stocked with local beer, wine and cider. Live music creates a relaxed festival atmosphere, making it the perfect day out with friends and family.
The market is proudly community-focused, with parking proceeds supporting local Rotary and the upkeep of Emu Plains Reserve. Just over an hour’s drive from Melbourne, it’s a destination worth planning for.
Date: Saturday 18 October 2025
Time: 9am – 2pm
Location: Emu Plains Reserve, Coolart Road, Balnarring
Parking: $5 on site, supporting local causes
Accessibility: Disabled toilets available, most stalls accept cards (bring cash as a backup)

From its beginnings in 2012, Emu Plains Market has grown into a much-anticipated calendar event that celebrates creativity, community and connection. This season promises to be no exception.
