Bond (RTBA)

Your bond is lodged with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA). You will receive confirmation after lodgement, and refunds are processed when the tenancy ends and all obligations are finalised.

Rent Payments

Rent is payable on time and in full as per your rental agreement. If you are experiencing difficulty, please contact our property management team early so we can discuss options.

Routine Inspections

We conduct periodic inspections with advance notice to check maintenance and general condition. You are welcome to attend, but it is not required.

Ending or Changing a Rental Agreement

Giving Notice: Check your agreement for the required notice period. Provide written notice and keep a copy for your records. We will confirm receipt and next steps.

Transferring or Adding a Renter: Adding a housemate or transferring a lease must be requested in writing for approval. We will provide the correct forms and process.

We will arrange a final inspection. Bond refunds are processed by the RTBA once agreed amounts are finalised. Return all keys and provide forwarding details to avoid delays.
